The Works Craft Burgers Beer - Waterloo

If you don 't want to go to the Works for anything other than their milkshakes, that is completely okay! This cookie dough birthday cake was amazing. Service was wonderful and the 'Taste of Heaven ' burger mostly lives up to its name.

It was absolutely marvelous. We literally walked in today while looking for somewhere to eat on king's Street this evening.. it looks like you don't need to get a reservation. My bet is its because it was a Tuesday night. However you do need your proof of vaccination and ID

Delicious burgers, made fresh. They take a bit longer but we'll worth it. There is a burger option for everyone.

Went again last night with two friends. We sat out on the patio (which was quieter I find the music a little loud for conversation here). I had a FREE burger because of my birthday. That is straight up awesome I tell you what. I got the Taste of Heaven, the most expensive burger here (unless that $420 burger is legit) and it was pretty good! We didn’t have to wait long either! I’ll be back… my birthday next year if not before.

Food wasn't as good as it was before, I don't know if the managing has changed or the ownership but the food overall, not great. I got the pulled pork burger, and you could taste that it wasn't worth those 22 dollars. Moreover, the gentleman that served, the rudest that you can meet out there. I went the Tuesday that passed us with 2 of my friends. We asked for plates, because we had got the onion rings and we didn't want to make a mess. He simply said that usually customers just eat it from the plate. We just wanted a plate, I don't think it is hard to go and grab them. Anyways, he comes back with 3 small mixing bowls. I guess they run out plates. And last think would be about the picture below. My friend asked the server how often you clean the bottles of ketchup, he said everyday. You could see the bottle has some dust and some paper on the edge. The wasn't the issue though. The issue was that the server, did not apologize for it, he replied by saying they clean them everyday and trying to excuse himself by saying, probably a customer did it. After our small argument, he didn't say anything, just ran to the back in the kicthen. This was a horrible experience and bad customer service. From the beginning the time we sat down, you could feel from his answer and how he was talking to us, that it would not been a great night. Just answering with sarcasm and being rude to us. Hopefully management will do something for this, because the traffic at this location has died a lot, and it's not a surprise after that night.
