Taco Farm - Waterloo

I must say that I enjoyed the Taco Farm. The menu items I enjoyed most were the Chicken pibil tacos,Buffalo cauliflower tacos smoked chicken and the fish (nice sour coleslaw!)Birria tacos. Recomend getting the camaron or carnitas tacos! The fried chicken was insane. Amazing guacamole. The bowl was amazing. I cannot now imagine my life without pineapple salsa. The homemade guac and salsa were fantastic! Superb tequila! Hope the crew bounces back in the new year—lot’s of great memories made. Adieu!

We love the food, but we sat for 30 min before we were acknowledged, 45 min for water, our order was an hour and showed up cold, drink orders when they came were wrong, they were understaffed and our waiter tried his absolute best but it was an awful experience. Even the bill took 20 min to show up. The focus was clearly on take out and not on anyone in the actual restaurant.

Food was good. Little pricey for what you get. Menu is very small not a ton of options. Undecided whether I’d go back or not.

In this time of Covid, we have changed our expectations of the quality of takeout food. However, with friends were very pleased with the takeout last night. My wife and I had the Mexican, and it was both delicious and a huge helping. The salsas were great. We will definitely return.

Ordered takeout. Loved the fried chicken. Was amazing. Will order again. Food was well spiced but not overly spicy.
