Food was delicious and servings were enough for more than one meal! Ordered the fried rice and spring rolls; would definitely recommend.

Had the Pad Thai , tom yum soup, spring rolls and Red Curry. The food is really good and you can adjust the spices. The spring rolls were serendipitously good better than expected. Pad Thai and red curry were really good next time I will try the Khao soi given other reviews raving about it It is a small neighborhood vibe restaurant with really good service and freshly made food.Overall good for lunch or a dinner with family.Will return for a second round!

I am writing this review as a dissatisfied customer of Waterloo Red Ginger Modern Thai I recently engaged their services and unfortunately had an experience that fell significantly short of expectations. Upon providing my hard-earned money for the service, I was disappointed by the quality of the product/service delivered.To express my dissatisfaction, I posted a genuine review based on my experience, only to be unjustly labeled as a fake reviewer by the business owner. As a paying customer, I had hoped for a professional and understanding response to my concerns, but instead, my feedback was dismissed without due consideration.It's disheartening to be accused of insincerity when all I intended to do was share my honest experience with others. My feedback was given in good faith to contribute to the improvement of the service, not to malign the business unjustly.I believe that every customer's opinion should be valued, even if it's not a positive one. The dismissive attitude towards genuine feedback is disappointing and reflects poorly on the customer service ethos of Waterloo Red Ginger Modern ThaiAs a consumer, I firmly believe in the importance of transparency and accountability in business practices.

Amazing service and people. Places is small but clean and neat. Food was bland though. Pad Thai tasted more of ketchup, nasi goreng and pineapple fried rice was very bland. Most of the dishes lack salt and flavour. Chicken satay sauce was very watery, Cantonese chow mein tasted bland as well. Red curry lacks flavour of spices as well. For the price we paid, I think the portion should be bigger. Sizzling beef and fish tamarind were decent, the only two dishes that we could taste a semblance of flavour. A little disappointed as we were expecting more flavour from a Thai restaurant

Ordered the massaman curry rice through doordash and it was AMAZING!! One of the best curries I have ever had. Would 10/10 order again.
