Meetpoint - Waterloo

Saturday night it was my third time going to this restaurant, I always order the Lamb Shish Kebab which is $32 and the first two times they had the picture on the menu and I received almost similar food like the picture. And it was good or better said worth the money! This time they changed the menu and some dishes were added. I thought it will be the same since I liked it before. It was disaster! I took some friends with me and I was so shy and disappointed that I suggested this place! We got the vegetarian food and we got that the last! Can you believe that? And the reason was her order was put last in the system! What a reason is that??! And even then the food was brought with cheese! We ordered without! So we had to go to another place to eat something else afterwards! Eskender kebab was so dry and … I know because of inflation you pay more rent and pay the staff and... But if you continue serve your food like this you will loose a lot costumers… come on $32 for this? And this used to be bbq meat! This sticks dont even seem burned! You fried the meat?oil was dripping everywhere! And no taste!…. Dont do that with meat… so disappointing! Really! Dont go there! This is not turkish food! It is street food for $32! And I should say the guy who served us did his best to nice… and not his fault at all…! I used to work for 10 years in restaurant branch! This was disaster. Thanks and bye

My introduction to Meetpoint was when I wanted to take out a special Turkish meal for 10 people. The manager and a staff person sat with me for half an hour kindly explaining dishes and making suggestions. The result was absolutely wonderful! The food was varied, delicious and beautiful to look at.Tonight we took some of our family for a dine-in experience. The atmosphere was warm and the staff was so welcoming. We shared several plates and the food was plentiful, hot and delicious. I highly recommend Meetpoint and will be enjoying their delightful food and atmosphere often.

I took my amazing girlfriend to this location and the waiters were absolutely, astonishingly amazing with their service. Once the food came out, I had to stop eating and hold my face in disbelief to how incredible it tasted. I wish I can give more stars. My gf thinks so too.

Wonderful introduction to Turkish food and culture with incredible food, friendly, attentive service and a cozy atmosphere. Server was also really good about us butchering the pronunciation and happy to tell me the correct way when asked.100% recommend for anyone open to trying something new.A little expensive but the free appetizer and large portion sizes definitely make for yummy leftovers.
