Lazeez Shawarma - Waterloo

I love Lazeez Chicken on the Rocks!!But this location goes really cheap on food …chicken is so much shredded that beyond that it can’t be!Other locations are charging same and offer better quantity then why can’t you guys.

I had a concerning experience with the hygiene at this restaurant. Found what seemed to be a nail in my second bite. The staff's rude response to my refund request was disappointing. They doubted the authenticity of my nail photo, claiming no sauce on it, but I detected the issue while eating. Despite initial resistance, they processed the refund only after my frustration. Their argument that nails can't be in the food, despite wearing gloves, is irrelevant – the fact remains my meal was contaminated. Won't be returning; the experience was unpleasant.

Love the food here.Portions are healthy and the food tastes great.

I think 3 lines should be the standard the only issue with 8 lines was that I couldn't see the garlic sauce
