Guac Mexi Grill - Waterloo

Your go to Mexican joint with a cheese on top!!! They are a regular Mexican restaurant for our very close friends and we had their Enchilada one day. We loved it, so we decided to go there and try it out in person. They do have Dine in now open and they deliver. Their food is really good and thus they are always busy. The is a lot of parking space since it's part of a plaza. The location is really good too, University and Weber! They DO NOT have handicapped accessible entrance or washroom. Their washroom does say that it is handicapped accessible however the button doesn't work. This is where they lost one star. The food as I mentioned earlier is really good. Their Enchilada is definitely worth the try and I am sure will come again for another one. We also tried their Tacos, they were not very crispy. The fillings are really good as well and they have nice options. There 3 options for sauces all of them are really good. They offer pineapple and lemon as toppings too which is different then any usual Mexican joint. All in all, definitely worth 1 try. Pls get Enchilada if you are ordering, you will definitely like it. Tip ask them to add everything into it to make it more interesting

Excellent food for the price. Lots of options on how to customize your meal. Staff was friendly and gave us samples of each of the meats before we decided what we wanted to order. All of the vegetables were fresh and the serving sizes were generous. We ordered a salad bowl and a plate of nachos. Both were very flavourful. Would certainly go back for another meal.

My go-to place for Nachos. We have tried the burrito bowl here too and it is pretty good too. Try the churros if you are craving something sweet to end the meal. The enchiladas look really tempting and is enough for 2 people. The staff is friendly. Worth recommending especially for the nachos.

Quantity and quality for the price you pay is good. This is a large enchiladas, you could have this for two meals. However I don’t feel it tastes like some of the other traditional ones I have had, when we are thinking Mexican.

Taco Salads are delicious. The churros were a little over sugared but that's just my preference. Food is so Yummy :
