Goodness Me! - Waterloo

This is my favorite grocery store and Goodness Me location! I have been shopping at this store since it opened. It is very clean and well-organized. They always have the freshest and best quality produce and other products. The sales in the flyer are always great, and their organic produce is cheaper and of better quality than Zehrs and other grocery stores. Keep up the great work!

The chicken at Hot Food Bar is extremely dry, making it hard to swallow. However, the salad bar, coffee, and smoothies are excellent.

There are plenty of vegan options at this restaurant, including hard-to-find items like Middleton's seitan ribs, Save da Sea plant-based salmon, and Le Grand cheese spreads. They also have a chickenless pot pie, vegan eggnog drinks, vegan chili, and vegan ice cream. The store is clean and the staff is friendly.

Good location, not busy and appears to restock supplies on regular bases. Staff within the nutrition section is very knowledgable and informative. At the time of purchase, the store doesn't have the supplement in stock however they were able to order in the product the following day. Great customer service.

As a family, we frequently shop here and have had very pleasant experiences with the staff. The staff are sociable and super friendly around my little guy and are a breath of fresh air during times where most public places give an aura of anti-socialness. Also, in regards to people complaining about the mask thing, I have shopped at numerous places and majority of shops respect the bylaw. Honestly, they could probably get into a lot of trouble if they didn't because a lawyer friend I know has confirmed that it's discrimination if there's a true disability that prevents someone from wearing a mask and there are medical reasons especially mental health reasons like feeling claustrophobic or for someone who was assaulted in a certain way and who has PTSD from the reminder when something covers their mouth, etc. I don't know why people are leaving one star reviews for something like that. I have seen Superstore staff, etc. likewise not saying a word when someone says they have a medical exemption. These people leaving one star reviews are living in their own little world and not in reality. It's not fair to exclude people from society because they can't wear a cloth over their face for whatever reason. If they aren't shopping when sick, that's the important thing.
