Otis & Henry's - Isle Casino Waterloo

The waitress neglected to bring our salads until we reminded her when the main course was served. Despite few customers in the dining area, there was a long wait for our food. The quality of the food is consistently good, but the service has been below par on our recent visits.

The restaurant was very slow and empty. The prime rib was tough and chewy, and the salads arrived before the appetizers. The bartender/waitress/hostess seemed annoyed that customers were in the restaurant. Food sat under heat lamps waiting to be delivered to the correct table because no one was there. The cooks were irritated when a customer sent back their soup, and it took them 15 minutes to send out a replacement. I would not recommend this restaurant for a nice night out or if you want a good, expensive dinner.

The service and atmosphere at this restaurant are excellent. However, the menu is quite limited for a proper evening meal. The prime rib was unfortunately tough.

Food was a good value for the price. I’d gladly visit again. I’d hope for a little more prompt service next time, we waited more than I’d like for drink orders each time.

We went here for our anniversary. Our waiter was awful. He knew nothing. We had to ask if there was a special. It was a Friday night. He had to leave to go ask the chef. Our crab cake appetizer was not even warm. Ordered a martini that didn't come to our table until appetizer and salad were there. So very disappointing on our special night. What a waste!
