Hardee's - Waterloo

The service was terrible. the food took a long time to receive. 1 car in front of me. after a few minutes, the car drove behind me. on rodeo burgers were hard as a rock and could not eat. meat on burger was very warm. very regrettable experience. will not come back

The service was much slower than normal, but they could have been short staffed. The roast beef sandwich was the worst one I've ever had, but the chicken strips were delicious!

The fountain pop machine wasn't ready for use,and sprayed pop all over the place. Got on my clothes. Not a very good visit.

Was good food I enjoyed it only issue was I asked for the curley fries and got normal not a big deal at all as the regular fries was hot and fresh so ? ? soda was good and cold

Fast service chicken was hot ..Fries not so fresh, but everything was a good visit
