Ahne's Bakery - Waterloo

Ahne's Bakery is the place for the best Hometown Donuts (chocolate long John and glazed! , Pastries (German chocolate is my FAV, coffee cake, Danes (try all petites! biscuits, breads (and THE BEST ham/Hot Dog rolls around, cakes and custom cakes! Did I mention they bring back the fried chicken dinner on Sundays? Hallelujah!

Great eating, but they better bring their wallet. they will not sell at this place.

Absolutely amazing! shows the best bakery in southern illinois. I cannot think of a better place to find donuts or Danish. is that they have to show up early when they want glazed donuts because they sell pretty fast, but it is worth definitiw.

My dad surprised us with pastries on our home trip this week. Nothing's better than cream. Absolutely delicious!
