Starbucks - Waterford

Friendly fast work staff. it seems to taste better than other places.

Andrew is so wonderful, he really did my day by generating this positive fast energy. I really didn't have a good day before I came in, and this macchiato he made me was bussin! I'm gonna come back because that was my first time here, and I always leave the tip!

Drink is good and and food was fine, but the service was sub par. The girl making my drink was more busy talking while making my drink and the store wasn’t busy at all at the time so was kinda noted on how long it took.

The one employee was late to open the store this morning and made the customers stand outside with the door locked to wait for the mobile orders that were already paid for (so we couldn’t leave and go elsewhere). I get being late sometimes but at least let the customers inside and start getting their orders ready. Just because one person was late now means myself and the other customer waiting with me will be late to work as well. We are going on a 20 min wait just to even step inside.
