Kfc - Waterford

My man went to the bucket deal. he told the cassian that we wanted maic, gravy, coleslaw and mac and cheese. the calender reads the order back and it was right. my man didn't see the quitting. When he came home, I looked in the bag and the cashier charged us for two kartoffels, then beyond that they put our cookies on our bun. I called to complain and they finally answered. the manager was very rude to me. I explained what happened and she said well, we were really busy and I told her it wasn't an apology for the cash.

The propulsion thru worker was so rude and they gave me pommes instead of kartoffeln. I can't eat fritted things such an inconvenient

Went through the drive thru… Chicken was cold, biscuit was hard as a rock, no ice in my drink, and I didn’t get all of my change back from the cashier. This should be replaced with a Popeyes and a staff that actually cares.

The food we recieved was disgusting. The biscuits were hard as rocks, look at the pic of a knife sticking out of the biscuit, the green beans looked like they were scraped off something and the corn was hard and looked like it had been mixed with old corn. I did call and they said they would refund the dinner after speaking to a manager and then someone who told me she was the general manager. I asked for a corporate number of which she told me there wasn't one. I had actually already found one just wanted to see what they would say. I will collect on that refund. By the way after trying to eat some of this my wife and myself were very sick the next day with what we believe was good poisoning.

We ordered the nashville hot and we did. not even close to the advertising.
