Food is always really good. Their chicken and broccoli with lo mein is the best I have had in CT and food is always ready in 10 minutes. Friendly staff as well.

I ordered chicken and broccoli dinner for delivery I only order from new moon and I only got 3 pieces or chicken all broccoli I called and was told to take a picture I see this as an insult and will never order from them again

I waited 2 hours for my order. I had to call three times to know where it was…. I was put on hold. I refused the order.

I get take out from here. The food is good and the order is always right and ready very quickly. The costs are reasonable and the staff pleasant.

Disgusting is an understatement. Everything was greasy, even things that weren 't supposed to be cooked in grease. The vegetables were all practically raw and mostly tough stalks. Overcharged us as well for 'lobster chow mein '. I don 't know what idiot decided there ahoul be 2 types of chow mein, but this place serves the fake one with crispy noodles they give away for free a container of uncooked vegetables with langostino tails. There isn 't a single piece of actual lobster in the dish. If I was starving in the woods for a week and had the choice between New Moon and digging for bugs, I 'd start flipping logs.UPDATE 12/2023: A family member had an issue with their burnt food delivery, and New Moon ILLEGALLY demanded it be returned in order to get a replacement, a practice that violates CT restaurant standards practices.DO NOT EAT HERE!!! THEY WILL SELL YOU WHAT EQUATES TO USED FOOD!!!
