Krispy Kreme - Wasilla

Rude staff with an attitude problem who would rather be on their cell phones then helping the customer. Seriously looks like she put her thumb through one of my Kreme filled doughnuts. Worst service ever.

Hours changed without updating any site. New hours are 7am-5pm. We were driving across the state and went out of our way to Wasilla to get there at 6am. Just to sit in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, Employees saw us and said nothing. The drive thru had no notice. We went to check the lobby and there was a sheet of paper on the door, in tiny hard to read text, state their new hours.

Wow!! Krispy Kreme in Wasilla, Alaska gave me the best customer service I?ve experience in a long time. I would highly recommend going to there a drive-through ask for Lianne! I drove there from Palmer to pick up doughnuts for work. My son and I got there early, so he can make it to school. The sign said Drive Through only, we pulled up to the window. The sign said open at 7am. It was 6:55, we decided to wait in-front of the window...its a clear window, we could see the lady take the sign down at 7am, and put up the open at 8am sign. Great staff, great product, great store. Personally I enjoyed playing their piano in the seating area. Tip your server and be polite! 11/10 will return again and again.
