I don't understand how you can send me around the building to park and wait for my food and then give me COLD Burgers! Ridiculous!

The hours are wrong and they close pretty early. Drive thru didn't move in 20 min so I left.

I just gotta let folks know that the Diablo burger is on point. I am always disappointed when I go for promotional fast food but this bad boy delivers!! Which also means that the crew is doing their job and putting together the sandwich the way it was intended. Great job crew and great job Carls Jr. for this feast worthy Diablo burger

The drive through took almost 30 minutes with less than 5 cars in line. Cashier lady was extremely rude. Sprite had mold flakes floating in it. Never again.

One of my favorite places to get some quick food.... I get the smaller double cheeseburger, low carb wrapped, which means lettuce. It's delicious and inexpensive, plus it totally helps with the lower carb, higher protein diet I try to stick to most of the time.
