Always great food and service never have any complaints

Dissappointed. We are regulars been going for years, But every so often the quality of the food changes. We stopped going, then went back early in the year and there was a new chef. The food was gorgeous! But went to celebrate hubbys birthday recently and wished we hadnt. Sorry but the food wasnt acceptable at all. The dough wasnt cooked it was raw and soggy. My pizza came and the second part of the meal missing! So my hubby and daughter had ate their meal by the time mine had arrived. Night ruined! The mushroom starter was awful just a soggy mess on bread. They did refund me for my meal but my daughter and hubby ate theirs even though it was raw. Just not the usual standard wont be returning for a while.

Usually excellent experience, however on this occasion the service was very slow. The staff seemed stretched but manner was very polite. Our table was for 4, mixed opinions. Some food was very nice but the pasta was loaded with oil. Portions about right. Only had the one drink as no one asked if we needed a top up and couldn’t catch any one so we just paid and left. Will be a long time before we will visit again

A very disappointing evening having enjoyed a visit the week before. Two of our group ordered Calzone pizzas and when they arrived they were almost flat. My starter arrived when the other 5 in the group were almost finished theirs.

Limited menu choice with regard to chicken dishes and lower calorie food. Aircon was cold so a bit unpleasant to sit. Staff very pleasant
