Recently moved into the building and am so far very impressed with the staff, shared facilities and attention to detail for maintenance requests. I was especially worried as I was moving from another state and was only able to do a virtual tour with Wynetta, but her kindness, patience with my questions and care was enough for me to feel confident in my choice to sign a lease here.

The Ellington is a very beautiful property with professional office staff. I toured with the Resident Manager, Wynetta, who was very professional and helpful. She gave me that motherly feeling. I would recommend this property. Wish my company didn’t change locations to Tyson’s. I’d totally rent here.
