Arcuri - Washington, D.C.

My husband and I probably eat in Arcuri once a month/every six weeks or so. The pizza and pasta are all pretty good and they have a great beer selection. The staff is also great, and they often have good food/beer specialities. We have no children yet, but there are often families there and it is very child-friendly.

Great for a group. Pizzas are good to share with a pasta or salad. The staff was very friendly.

There was a pest control problem with cockroaches on the hosting stand. Don't recommend eating here.

The food was good, but (as all in the DMV) overpriced. The service was abysmal. Our waiter disappeared 20 minutes before we could order and 30 minutes at the end before we could ask for our check. It's not that we couldn't see him, it's just that we couldn't subjugate him. He would go through us and totally ignore us. He'd see the TV. We saw him incredibly attentive to his other 4 tables, just not for us. Not sure what we did to earn this treatment, but we did. Never back.

Friendly service and great pizza chewy crust, well seasoned tomato sauce, good toppings. What more could you ask?!
