Subway - Washington DC

Staff is rude. They are super skimpy on their veggies. They charge for bags and straws and claim every subway in DC charges. I have definitely gone to more subways than the subway employees in the Madison building. What employees eat at the same franchise establishment they work at when they’re off work?? They just rudely dismissed me when I asked for a bag and they wanted five cents for it. That’s fine if they need to charge me but can you ask before you run my card like standard subway protocol is to put the sub in the bag. Just put it in the bag. Rude rude rude. And picks altercations with customers. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Poor customer service.

Need to go through security check to go to this Subway.

I caught a case of diarrhea from the only thing I ate all day Chicken ? sandwich; I will NOT be returning

Excellent service. Soups, avocado and free refills are offered. The customer service is superb.
