Bidrage med feedbackThe food was amazing and the service was excellent. My friends and I went for brunch and ordered the bottomless mimosas which was a great deal for only $16! I believe our waiter was Tom... bald guy with glasses? He was awesome, I can't say enough good things about him. He recommended yummy things on the menu like the huevos rancheros as well as the Boston cream pie. We will definitely be going back!
We stumbled upon District Commons after another restaurant nearby wanted to seat us outside at 95 degrees. After 3 minutes of melting and with Kennedy Center tickets, sweating like crazy was not happening. We walked up the block and around the corner and District Commons had no problems seating us in at an inside air conditioned table. What followed was simply amazing! My wife ordered the scallops dish and I ordered the meat loaf. My wife said the scallops were the best she has ever eaten. My meat loaf was very good as well. We ordered the pretzel with beer mustard. It was simply awesome! Edwin was a spectacular server and we both highly recommend him. A new regular dining establishment pre Kennedy Center events.
I had the skirt steak, but I substituted scalloped potatoes for the fries and my wife had the duck. Both were amazing. We followed the meal by sharing the chocolate cake. We were fighting over the last spoonful. She won of course. The dining area was a little loud but with food that delicious who wants to talk.
Fantastic! Great table, positive vibe, delicious food for kids and adults, and a variety of cocktails. Tom our server~funny, helpful, and efficient.
Fine flavorful food and professional friendly service. Good selection of beers on tap and in the bottle. I have had their sliders and their meatloaf so far. Plan to sample more today for lunch. I wish I could teleport this place back to the Twin Cities.
