Cava Mezze Grill - Washington DC

It's really great lot of great food options ive been to classier locations in maryland but went with it and tried it out its like a chipotle but better for sure. First time trying their express restaurant id call it. Their falafel bowl was excellent. Everything tasted really fresh. Its worth giving it a try.

A friend suggested this spot while I was here and it did not disappoint! I created my own bowl and it was delicious, the rice was cooked perfectly and the falafel was nice and crisp on the outside. I can't wait to go again!

My sandwich arrived sooner than estimated but was lukewarm. Felafel is one of those foods eaten immediately after being fried. Even so, the sandwich was delicious. Toppings were generously portioned and extremely fresh and tasty. I also ordered a salad which wasn't as successful the chicken was gristly and they forgot the accompanying pita.

As much as I want to leave a bad review for pretty rude service, food was so delicious that I really want to come back for more. The idea and concept is fresh and good, chipotle spin on Mediterranean kitchen. AMAZING FOOD, poor service.

Cava is the tasty place that meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans can all go. They have delicious vegan options, in particular. Cava is not inexpensive. In fact, it seems on the high end for the category; full disclaimer, I get the avocado. But for what you get, it's still good value. The dining rooms and restrooms are clean, and the staffs are friendly and efficient.
