In-n-out Burger - Washington City

I had a double double with a strawberry shake. The only way to improve it would be eating two. 5 stars every time.

As good as you can ask for. 100x faster than when it first opened.

It's in and out you know it's gonna be good. But the last time that I went the fries were super raw like they were just a plane potato but other than that it was amazing

Horrible visit. Placed order (2 double doubles and milkshake) at the counter. I waited 35 minutes for the food. Burgers were OK. Fries were ordinary. Fry sauce was nasty. Oh my, the chocolate shake was not good at all. Tasted like marshmallow cream. Sticky, melted, and not refreshing at all.Now the lobby, it was crowded. Elderly people standing around looking very uncomfortable while young persons sat on benches and booths playing on their phones. Ketchup dispensers both empty and I watched many persons trying to pump with nothing coming out (for over 20 minutes even after I mentioned it to 2 employees) finally replaced.Took our lunch to the park down the street to decompress after that Horrible experience. (I would have never waited except they had collected my high payment up front).

Talk about high blood pressure! I love salt, but this food is way too salty!!! I couldn't even eat my fries the last three times!!! I even called them and got directed to their corporate office. They sent me a couple of coupons to replace the salty meal I had to throw away. So when I ordered the past few times, I asked them for less salt, but that doesn't seem to matter to them! It was worse than the time I called about. I'll not take another chance with them.
