Bidrage med feedbackI was so disappointed today by my online order. I ordered to create a separate bowl and checked an incredibly small portion size for $11.00. As soon as I removed the bread and the sauce, there was a gap hole where rice should be. In addition, the rice was thoroughly boiled and ice-cold. Both I and my son hardly got food in our two bowls. I've never had such a small portion of size with a Sweet Green. In addition, it is impossible to talk to anyone at the actual location! It really shows how much they care about the customer. I'm a vegetarian who lives 5 minutes away. Of course, if this continues, they will not continue to have customers.
Bowl was ok in terms of flavors. I had the fish bowl and I didn't like the dressing, it was too sour and did not add the beautiful taste of the salmon. I look forward to the other decisions. The quality of the ingredients was excellent. Fresh, delicious and good quality. I'll see you guys.
Sweetgreen is great, but this situation is kind of a mess. More than half a dozen orders I have prepared a 50% success rate for the employees who have properly prepared what I ordered. And, to be clear, aren't these difficult orders? Stock menu elements with an addition of a premium ingredient. Go to Georgetown or avoid it completely. Sweetgreen company customer service is helpful, but I should not complain half after any other order.
I will begin by saying that i rarely eat out and am very picky about food prepared by anyone else but me, as i do own a food business. With this said, employees were very nice when I asked to switch things around in my salad, had great suggestions and were understanding. It turned out to be a very flavorful experience and i will definitely come back again for the same salad as it was a HIT!
I was disappointed with my experience at this location. I used SG app to order ahead and was told my order would be ready ?around? 2:45pm. This was at 2:25pm. I did not get my order until 3pm. When I brought this to one the attention of the staff, they promptly made the order up and I was on my way. Oddly, the order ticket was taped to dividing glass at the front of the assembly line. Hard to miss. No one was apologetic, but the girl that helped me did make a fantastic salad. If I wanted to order in the restaurant I wouldn?t have used the app to order ahead. I won?t write off this location, but corporate should definitely try to get staff to be more attentive with the app orders.
