Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Washington

Great Location! Had a bad experience at other Tropical Smoothies. Decided to give it another try and was not disappointed! Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread and paradise point were delicious. I'll be drinking that smoothie all day though, it's huge!

I?ve had nothing but really good experiences at this new TSC. I wasn?t aware of this franchise and had never had their food before but I?ve enjoyed it a lot since it opened. I do think the app needs a little work but that?s nothing to do with the people in the store.

I will give 5 stars even though there was a mistake made, it was rectified the correct way. Thank you for not making me drive back home to get the food. If there is a next time(I hope there isn't) I will bring the food back per policy to get the exchange. I can see how people would use that to get free food but that is not the case here. A simple case of forgotten salsa makes or breaks the entire quesadilla.

We?ve come here a a handful of times and 9/10 times something is wrong, so I?m finally writing a review. Today we ordered 2 smoothies and asked for it thick. Guess what wasn?t thick, anyway? We received the smoothies and said have a good day. As soon as we pulled forward we realized we didn?t receive our $4 change but had the receipt? Parked the car and headed to the door it was locked 12 mins before closing time. A lady was pulling up chairs and I knocked showing my receipt. She ignored me. We had to pull around to the drive thru waiting for 3 more cars to get their food, wasting more of our time. When we pulled up no hello, nothing. We said we didn?t receive our change and handed my receipt. Her name was Gabriella, she snickered with some of the other workers then reluctantly handed back $4. Very rude especially when it?s your fault. Could you not remember 4 cars previous? Ridiculous. You can keep your watery smoothies. I?ll head the extra 10 mins to Rochester or 21 mile before coming back here.

I arrived to the register with a bubbly attitude! The short cashier with glasses looked to be in discomfort of my arrival, I asked the question she answered, I didn't hear the response and ask her to repeat it and I was responded to in an unfriendly response and tone!! I then went to the laboratory when I came back to retrieve my food it was left on the counter, the backs of the workers were turned and no one said Thank you or your food is on the counter. It was only three workers and one customer me! I assume it was because I am of melanated skin tone amongst the Karen's! I will not be frequenting that location again! Mission accomplished you don't have to look at the black woman again!
