Subway - Waseca

For the 3rd time I didn’t get the right sandwich when ordering through the app. The app is supposed to make it easier but instead it becomes a hassle when my husband had to go back and get me the right sandwich.On top of that we ordered chocolate chip cookies and when my husband went to pick up, they said they were out and were still going to charge us for them. Luckily, my husband looked at the receipt and got our money back for them.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting! I don't think it has been cleaned in days...maybe even longer. SO GROSS!

I did enjoy Subway, But when we ordered, my husband order a steak sandwich and ended up getting a get chicken sub. We are our subs and they didn’t seem as fresh. Veggies and bread both seemed old. I’ll try again to see If anything improves because I like to support local businesses.

I don't know we're to start to be honest I don't know how this store is running they don't listen to you they don't know how to put the right stuff on a sub I saw them literally mess up the three subs for a online order they just took off everything slapped on cold meat. They messed up my sub maybe they should lay off the pen a bit because non and I mean non of them seemed like they knew what they were doing.

The toilet paper roll was on the floor in the bathroom.
