Boston Pizza - Wasaga Beach

Great spot for a casual evening, atmosphere is nice and staff is friendly. Would definitely check it out again

Horrible Service. Or should I say NO service at all. We were sitted in a corner where there were zero ppl sitting near us. After waiting for no less than 15 minutes, although a few waitresses walked passed us, no one came to even take a drink order, nothing. We got zero service. We were sure to let them know prior to us exiting their premises, how they lack customer service.

The price these clowns charge for process fake chicken with grill marks is disgusting.. you can't cook a chicken breast or make fresh sauce you shouldn't be a restaurant.. Jesus this place has bagged frozen mashed potatoes FFS . Save on the cancer causing preservatives and eat at home... Gross ...

What a absolutely horrible experience!! Laurie our server was non existent and very rude. My husband and I live just a short 5 minute walk away from Boston Pizza, Wasaga Beach . We had been to the restaurant and encountered Laurie the server) before and thought because of her non responsive attitude that she was just having a bad day. However when we went for Super Bowl Sunday and we had Laurie again. We thought we would give her another chance. However, Laurie ignored us, was rude to us, and had my husband and I not asked the very nice hostess about the Super Bowl Specials, and draws, we would have never known. Apparently Laurie has been with Boston Pizza for 15 years. I guess that gives Laurie the right to treat people like ****. Laurie had all the tables in the bar side of BP and could not keep up with the required services needed to uphold what I thought Boston Pizza’s standards were. My husband and I will drive the 30 minutes drive to Collngwood Boston Pizza to get great service from General Manager Riley and his staff members!! Sorry, but EVERY time I go to Boston Pizza Wasaga Beach it totally sucks!!! You guys are the WORST!! Perhaps you should get rid of Laurie, because she apparently has no desire to take care of the guests. Laurie was so rude, and so entitled. Never, ever go back to Boston Pizza Wasaga Beach again
