Red Fort - Warwick

Delivery arrived over 45 minutes. We were told 3 times it was only 5 to 10 minutes away. The food was not hot ! Lamb Naga turned into chicken ! Biriyani was watery ! Naan like a crisp in the middle and like leather on the outside ! Given that the food was rubbish and the service even worse, I can thoroughly recommend that people AVOID this place.

Tried this place a few weeks ago at a friends house and actually enjoyed the food so thought we would order again this weekend, unfortunately we never got as far as receiving it due to an incredibly rude member of staff. We tried to order though their website at first however the payment process kept freezing so we called them instead, I wanted to double check first that my online order hadn’t gone through before I placed it again so explained the situation to the guy who answered the phone. After taking my postcode he read back a completely different postcode then screamed that ‘my order was on its way!’ I told him that wasn’t right and read it out again but he just continued to shout that my order was coming. I tried re confirm the situation to him but had the phone put down on me mid sentence! Unsurprisingly I didn’t call back and will never attempt to order from these guys again. I know they may have been busy but so speak to customers like that is inexcusable, especially when I was just tying to place an order.

I had my 1st takeaway from them last night, as recommended by a friend. I had 2 veggie dishes that identical cause. The veg was soggy and frozen and 1 dish was supposed to spinach in it but didn't. It was a horrible tasteless meal and I'll never go there again.

We have been ordering from Red Fort for a long time now. It is our go to Indian takeaway. The food is always cooked spot on and the price is very reasonable. Could not recommend this establishment enough.

I enjoy Indian cuisine for its explosive flavors, but my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The rice had a pungent smell that made me gag, and the lukewarm naan was chewy and lacked butter. The chicken curry was grim and the sauce was watery and bland. I would not recommend this restaurant for families or those who enjoy a flavorful, spicy meal. It may be suitable for individuals who prefer bland curries or need a quick meal after a night out, but the high prices do not match the mediocre quality of the food.
