Subway - Warsaw

Sandwich was terrible! and I had a card(from school fundraiser) which gives a free cookie w/purchase and they would not honor it because they have new owners so they were arguing about it. Didn’t follow the special instructions. Called and was talk to like it was my fault that they didn’t read the special instructions. Was also told there was no special instructions. Very rude service Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Terrible customer service. I went in today got a BLT. There were people in training, I understand training your employees correctly but when the customer has to ask repeatedly for extra ingredients on a sandwich that’s not correct training. A BLT should come with ample lettuce and tomato as it is the bones of the sandwich. My issue with todays service was the gal in charge, I assume the manager/owner was standing by the register telling the trainee to stop putting ingredients on my sandwich. So much so, the trainee picked black olives off of my sandwich to put back into the bin only for me to have to ask yet again for a few more olive slices. I was informed 3, yes THREE olive slices are allowed per 6 inch sandwich. I will not be returning to a subway that requires customers to badger the employees for ingredients.
