Domino's Pizza - Warsaw

Placed an order with 50-60min until delivery. After an hour of waiting we called and the pizza had ‘just went in the oven.’ Are you kidding? At least another 30min wait. Store had no problem cancelling my order which makes me wonder if they even bothered to start making it. Dominos pizza can be good but stay away from this shop.Update March 2022: still horrible. Placed a carryout with 1 hour estimated pickup. Went in at 1 hour and was told it would be at least another hour. Terrible service and staff literally couldn’t care less.

It has taken 3 hours this time to get 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and an order of garlic twists.. last time it took 2 hours in the snow.. also last time i had ordered 2 medium pizzas, garlic twists and cinnamon twists and i got all cinnamon twists...i want calling because of the snow and it had already taken m 2 hours.. ugh im a regular customer and i tip well.

Pizza was COLD!!!! Was offered in store credit, as a truck driver, not sure when I would be back, that would be a no go. Wasted $30 bucks, with tip!!!

Slow service..I understand being busy but when your told 15-45 minutes and it talkes 1hr and 45 minutes and had to wait in the parking lot for over a hr.

Bad service , screwed up orders several times , manager Zach has zero regard for correcting a situation they made, basically take it or leave it. Not the first issue , always with him however. Also he manipulates the pickup times by marking pizzas as started or in the oven before they are even prepped , then when you show up after the app says they are ready for pickup they have not even been started. This guy has to go.
