I do not recommend this restaurant. The meal was of poor quality, lacking in care, taste, and spice, and was overcooked. It was not convenient for those staying nearby, and I wish we had read reviews before ordering.

The service at this restaurant is very slow, the food is average, and the ambiance is lacking. It feels more like a casual café than a hotel restaurant. This place is more about comfort rather than quality. There are many better dining options nearby.

We dined at this restaurant for an early dinner before heading to a twilight session at the hot springs. It was convenient as we were staying at the hotel. The menu seemed promising, but the overall experience was average. We shared the well-cooked calamari as an appetizer. I ordered the vegan spaghetti, which was tasty but too salty due to the artichoke hearts, olives, and capers. My partner had the chicken with peppermint sauce, which was flavorful and of good quality. The breakfast the next morning was also at the restaurant, and I chose the granola. It was beautifully presented in a glass but was impractical to eat from. The ambiance was cold and uninspiring, with empty decorations and tables reminiscent of a dull hospital cafeteria. The staff was friendly but seemed overly busy. While the hotel itself was beautiful and offered excellent services, the restaurant was underwhelming and did not enhance the overall experience.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a two-day stay in this hotel, and despite some negative reviews, booked dinner for both nights of our stay and breakfast for both mornings, pure for the comfort. the dinner menu is similar to that of an average hotel bistro,...with standards like chicken parma, fish chips, a few steak options etc. the wine list is short and inadequate and the waiting staff does not even confirm their wein order or even opens the bottle or pours it. that was okay. in the first night I ordered the filled chicken breast, which was good enough, but the accompanying vegetables looked out and tasted as if they were precooked and served from a youngster. similar to hogs breath. in the second night I originally wanted to order a steak dish, but could not the idea of eating the same sweet, and I had already eaten somewhere on this day with chips and salat, so I ordered the barramundi and it was a better meal overall, with greens that contain asparagus. the early pieces were good; the 3-Egg-Omelette was both delicious and full, but the smashed Avo-dress consisted only of a thin smoear of avocado on the sourded; it should have been more. but it was dressed with feta, which was a nice note. the dining room itself only achieves 1/10 for ambiente. hard floors, hard furniture, no table ceilings, strong white lights that under dimmed downlights, cold and personal regularly roll trolleys through the area for room service guests in diners that gave me the feeling that we eat sick house. in our first night the background music playlist ended and was not restarted for 15 minutes and in the second night our candle went out shortly after putting. do not come here to a romantic dinner! that said the meals were still a good value because they were cheap to better restaurants. the hotel itself is rated correctly at 4.5 stars, but the restaurant is a farewell. after we have said that if we ever stay here again, I would probably still tolerate this restaurant only for the comfort factor. Unfortunately, the management is probably aware that they have a somewhat imprisoned clientele and do not see any need to improve.

Nice service by staff,they seemed a bit under the pump! May need to chill a little more and not be so stressed out looking, you weren't over busy but the food was slow to come out. Possible not enough staff in the kitchen.The meal was...brought out to me, I didn't order chicken!! My meal was barrmundi fish, with crumbed coated on top, look nice but lack seasoning in the mash potatoes and veggies and fish was nicely cooked but not sure how this was cooked,like crumbs were place on top and pressed down onto fish, this dish could have been cooked in a microwave due to the lack of flavours, I didn't receive.The meals did take too long to come out!
