Bidrage med feedbackThe service was great! The food was great! The only critique we had was how incredibly loud it was inside. When they ran a blender we had to stop talking until it was done. I think it was just the way the interior was set up. It was busy but we couldn't even hear ourselves
We were excited to try Honey Berry for the first time today. Unfortunately, we could not have had a worse experience. We placed our online order through GrubHub and received multiple confirmations and pick-up times. Upon arrival at the restaurant to pick up our order, we were told by 2 different employees that the order didn't exist (even though they were shown our order details and confirmation with no attempt to apologize or fix the situation. We were shuttled between no less than 3 different employees who could not help us and who did not seem to care that we had been waiting more than 45 minutes for our order. We asked to speak to the manager, who could not have been less welcoming, friendly, or helpful. He rudely told us that it was a Grubhub problem and that we would have to wait an additional 40 minutes to recreate and receive our order (which had already been paid for! . The manager, Todd, did not apologize or take any measures to help solve the situation. Instead, he was very rude and shouted at us that every minute that he spent talking to us was time that he wouldn't get to our missing order. We have never been treated so badly in a restaurant in any part of the country. We will certainly never return to Honey Berry in the future and strongly caution against this very badly run business. If we could give a zero star rating, we absolutely would. 100% dissatisfied.
Huge portions, great food, friendly service and a cute place. Go
Ordered take out.Smoothie with eggs, bacon and pancakes. Everything was prepared well and tasted as expected. Clean, updated atmosphere gives Honey Berry a fresh look for dining.Service was timely, attentive and all smiles. I’ll be back.UPDATE: 6/25/23Something about the name Honey Berry speaks “Good breakfast” to me. After dining, I wasn’t wrong. The unexpected however, was the Excellent and Attentive service. This was my first dine in experience and after a brief wait, I was seated and immediately greeted by a bright energetic named Margaret. My Review:Seating: Open and spacious. Guests aren’t sitting on top of each other. That’s a plus.Food: Excellent. Flavorful. Served quickly.SERVICE: After answering my questions and providing suggestions, Margaret went to work. I noticed her checking other tables periodically; glancing, walking, SERVING. Refreshing! If you want an attentive person for your dining experience, I hope you get Margaret. This lady is it!Update: 8/5/23When was the last time you were served a hot meal? Fast, friendly service (Jadie ?? topped off with a hot meal. hHoneyBerry Cafe.Still good.Still consistent.
Enjoyable brunch with friends on a weekday. Menu offers lots of fun combinations and tempting treats.Portions are very generous and food was served while still quite hot. Our server was efficient, attentive, and helpful. The hash browns have an unusual flavoring. It 's subtle, but interesting. A little too salty for me, but everyone else in our group enjoyed them. Bread for toast is large and thick slices, with butter served on the side. My eggs were perfectly prepared and my husband 's omelette was packed generously with ingredients. The decor is clean and open. Feels light and airy. But three of four in our group have hearing issues and the live acoustics in the space make it very tough to carry on a conversation, even with only a few other patrons in the room.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, including a big variety of ingredient choices for omelettes. Many of the entrees include meat in the price (such as two eggs any style; cheesy scrambled eggs with ham). I don 't know if price is discounted if you ask to exclude the meat. There are some interesting bowls, such as asai bowl and several oatmeal choices.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is right in front. Accessible sidewalk in the middle of that space.
