Dunkin' - Warrenville

Granted, there was only one person working. I was going through the drive-thru for a mobile order. I got out of line because it was getting too long and backing up into the street. I went inside and the woman gave me a horrible attitude and said she hates when people do that. I wasn't skipping the line, I was making sure that it wasn't getting backed up into the street and you would have thought I asked for her firstborn. I will not be returning. Oh well, they get plenty of business. I don't like when people use the word hate!

Wow. Not what I was expecting from a Dunkin Donuts. Stale, dry donuts which feel day old? Not my thing. I was also surprised to find they charge for a cup of water $1.00). Not impressed. It's a shame this wasn't better. I liked the location, and the donuts look pretty in the case, but they just were not worth it. If you're craving donut goodness I really suggest you go elsewhere. I mean good grief, you even have to put in a quarter to use the bathroom. Not worth the stop.

I've gone to the Dunkin on Winfield Rd in Warrenville twice. The first time the food tasted like plastic. The second time, not only was the woman in the drive thru incredibly rude, but the coffee tasted horrible. Avoid this one!

Haven't gone back for 4 months when the person on the speaker was laughing and mimicking me. All I was doing was talking slowly and annunciating. This was the final straw after many wrong orders, and the fact that their drive through order board has been broken since March 2022. Nobody ever took themselves seriously there.

I've had two experiences with this location, and both were horrible. Rude, food tasted like plastic, coffee drinks are awful. Looking at all of the negative reviews this location has received, I don't understand why things haven't improved. Avoid this one!
