Three Bears Resort - Warrens

Cold hot tubs, lifeguards on their phones not paying attention and just frequently walking off. 7 of us in a villa, we get 1 key. Asked for more was denied because people walk off with them . Well, if your charging $50 per unreturned key, sounds profitable for them to dissapear. Oven with zero oven safe cookware supplied. Pans with no spatula. Rude lady at the snack place by pools. We used to love this place!! Im sure it 's just difficult to find staff that cares. Maybe need some fresh leadership?

Save your money it’s not worth the price. Water park was outdated and the rooms were very gross. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. I will never be back again. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3

Came up for Cranberry Fest weekend. Waterpark was half open on Saturday and fully closed on Sunday. There were not enough lifeguards and the ones that were there were on their phones not paying attention. The restaurant in the waterpark was closed the whole weekend and their main restaurant only had 1 cook leaving us with an hour wait for a pancake, potatoes and eggs. Our room had less towels than guests and no shampoo/conditioner/soap and when we asked the front desk for it we received attitude since it's their busiest weekend. We opted to stay here due to having 2 kids 5 and under and wanting to enjoy the Waterpark and Cranfest (prices are at least double). Sunday when the notice was placed the waterpark was closed we asked the front desk for a refund of $35 (waterpark day pass) per person in the room. The front desk worker again had an attitude and said $31 total was all she could do and it wasn't her fault. Unfortunately, the front desk has to represent the establishment so blame fell onto her and I do not feel she was equipped to handle a waterpark closure with as many children already dressed in their swimsuits at the time of notification. Overall, for the price we payed we could've easily stayed at a larger hotel/waterpark in the Dells and had full access to everything. We will not be back and advise others to avoid.

Arcade had at least 5 games out of order and the skee ball one didn't have any balls so we wasted 12 credits on that. There was a wrapper stuck in the air hockey so we wasted 4 credits to find that out but we did get the wrapper out to get the puck out. Rooms are in the process of being updated. Like the new furniture, wish you could use the Netflix with your own account but couldn't figure that out. New bunk beds in the family suite are very short bottom bunks so not great for taller people. Pool had sand in it and so did Hot tub that went outside. Pool was great temperature but the lazy river was freezing like straight from the well. And the water slides weren't open on a Friday night. Glad to see the hot tub down below was finally open.
