Steak 'n Shake - Warren Park

The woman who delivered my shakes didn't come to the counter, she just took my name and left. I wanted to ask for a drink carrier but she was already gone. My food wasn't ready so I had to wait for that. I waited over 10 minutes and finally someone put my food on the counter. They apologized for marking it off, thinking it was for delivery. Then they ran off before I could say anything. The food was cold and disappointing. For $30 worth of food, it was a waste. They need to improve their service.

I really enjoy the Frisco Melt at this restaurant. The fries were hot and delicious. I was disappointed when I found out they were out of onion rings - it would have been helpful to know that before ordering at the kiosk. The atmosphere is lacking and it was uncomfortably cold inside. Additionally, most of the tables were dirty - it seems like they're not being wiped down by the staff.
