Panera Bread - Warren Park

Came in for the Hazelnut coffee; however, I spotted a Asiago Cheese Bagel. The individual that took my order (Anthony) asked if I’d like it sliced and toasted. What a great idea!This location has a laid back vibe. Outside dining is available and it’s tidy inside and out.I usually get the Mediterranean Veggie a Hazelnut Coffee. The Garden Avo Egg White sandwich is awesome.On my way out, another staff member (didn’t get her name); held the door for me. Great customer service and experience!

People on cell phones customers not frist putting food out not calling name when waiting I was there FridaySo sad

I generally love Panera, this particular one I had a not so good experience. There was a mix up in my order of pick two. Happens, but it took them waaaay too long to fix it. The manager made me wait at the counter for a good 5 mins , and I could see him in the back fixing or rearranging stuff, which I felt wasn't a priority while your guest is waiting. Esp, after a goof up on their part. Then he was busy (without speaking a word to me or explaining what he wS doing) at the register, he voided my transaction and took money out and kept the money, gave me a dollar and some cents and took more time to make me a half sandwich. Finally when the food came , my son was done and I had to take it to go. The food was okay. Place was neat n clean.

Broccoli cheddar soup with bread bowl is the bomb. The steak and cheese sandwich was on point on crusty bread.

I was here today to buy cafe at 7 44 pm cashier is very polite and have good customer service
