You can't fine in i'm not sitting outside in the cold. Bagels have grest taste but are not cooked enough for me. No coffee selectipn or flavored creamers.

The customer service was horrible. Kevin or whatever his name is, is an A hole and does not need to be answering the phone. The lady who also works there is rude. The bagels were burnt. If you don’t like your job then quit. The one on north 86th street is way better and I will never order from this location again!
