I ordered a mobile online order. I'll take it as I always do. Then I'm polite about a straw. This time I was told when I was asked by a young lady about a straw that they do NOT offer straw, only customers who receive frozen drinks. I ask politely how I will drink that? I asked a question in which an employee who is properly trained would have said (1) You can pay for a straw or 2) here is a straw because we only limit it to customers who request it. The employee did not present any option that the associate retorted with the same statement. I replied This is a ridiculous policy in which instead of managing expectations and offering another option The employee repeated what I said, you believe that this is ridiculous, you want to talk to my manager. The manager goes by. The manager brings me the straw. Who started to rationalize the straws? Why are you rationing straws? Why not offer the customers straws with ice drinks? This is great place (hence the stars) but in terms of continuous improvement (cacia) could I recommend that you train the afternoon associate I spoke with? I don't think his smart to get ration straws (I get it sucking inflation) but better customer relationships are much better.
My children love their drinks. I don't understand. Maybe because I'm the one who pays for an overpriced flavored coffee.
Nice staff. Spacious interior. In view of the situation has no trip thru and it is not obvious to leave the ACME over the road, it is not as busy as other starbucks in the area... So I can get my coffee faster. Large parking lot. Part of the smaller stripe mall away from ACME
I've been here a couple times after class. The service is usually warm and friendly, and the order gets ready quickly if you order from mobile. The baristas and manager can be a little curt, though.
