The Coffee Emporium Warrawong

We were served rotten cake that was sent back immediately with no refund. The iced coffee was a chocolate milkshake.overall a terrible experience that had me googling the foods authority. It may have just been a bad day but they've lost a customer.

$5.50 for this single slice of thin raisin toast. Obviously frozen and under toasted. And entered as a cheese toastie to the register. When I asked why so much, or if I could have two, the waitress said “I don’t know, i just work here”. Terrible customer service, staff then spoke about my question in a language I couldn’t understand. Left my coffee behind because it tasted so bad.

Reasonably good. Love grabbing a good ol’ coffee and cannoli on the go from here. Service is alright.

I asked for a small kids meal of eggs on toast as I knew I would not eat it, but instead they gave me a big meal which I wasted. The eggs were not the best and the staff member who served us was rough serving out the food and mamners were not the best. She was quite abrupt and stood.chatting to other staff in their own language instead of customer service. Good for.hot chocolates but won't eat there again

What really prompted me to write this review was that about ten minutes into our meal (I spent $40 for myself and my baby), a man in charge came over and demanded that we clear the table for new customers. He didn’t even bother to ask if we were finished; he just told us to wipe it down because he assumed we were done. I pointed out that I was waiting for my son to finish his food. As a tired mom, I know many out there can relate to my situation. My son was well-behaved, sitting quietly and eating at his own pace, as young children do. The café owner suggested that new customers could just stand nearby and wait for us to finish. I was both shocked and angry that someone could be so thoughtless and rude. We left as quickly as we could, but I will definitely avoid this place in the future and encourage others to do the same.
