Kfc - WARRAWONG

That is by far the worst KFC restaurant. it is consistently lamentable service, inaccurate ordering, missing food, cold huh, false drinks and never a soss in the bag as ordered. which appears disorganized behind the counter-service and certainly not wait a cohesive work team. times are also cruel. I have spent no less than 15-20mins from the front waiting for my journey through order to the point that I only had to go in to be welcomed by confused employees and produce a reception to remember my order while waiting for several minutes to receive them. I stopped coming. if they can save the time, wollong store is much better!

The KFC in Warrawong has consistently disappointed me every time I have visited. My order is always wrong, cold, disgusting, or missing items. The staff need to be replaced and a new management system put in place. When I called to complain about my incorrect order, I was offered no replacement or refund, just a dismissive response. If anyone has had a positive experience, it must have been a rare occurrence. This KFC is a complete disappointment.

I recently visited a KFC in Warrawong to pick up a few takeaway items. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the store. It was filthy, with rubbish everywhere and dirty tables. Additionally, the staff could not seem to get my order right, as something was missing every time.

Today, I visited KFC Warrawong and ordered a three-piece dinner box with an extra piece, along with a Zinger burger. When I opened the box, all I found was the four pieces of chicken - no potato and gravy, no roll. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. This will be the last time I visit this restaurant.

We called in for a quick meal on the run. It was very busy but they kept the orders moving and they were quick to wipe down the tables which I really liked as so many fast food places ignore that these days. The solo...and Mountain Dew frozen drink was only $1 and great on such a hot day.
