Premium product and rude unprofessional service will prevent me from doing business at this location in the future. Didn’t expect to be reprimanded by your staff for their error with my order. Listen to the customer and get the order right the first time, or repeat it back to prevent any future errors.
My family just visited Andy’s at this location and have been here many times in the past. We worked with Ester at the window who was exceptional so kind, caring and made sure our order was correct. Keep Ester around she is the smartest business decision Andy’s did by hiring her.
The manager at this place is very unprofessional. Ester. She yells at employees for simple mistakes and switches up schedules without informing employees and then gets mad at them for not knowing. She is rude to customers as well. We went as a family and she kept rushing the order. Most of the employees are MINORS that aren’t respected and are constantly berated. I really hope she cleans up her act.
Custard is decent. I did notice serving size for this locations concrete were a good inch below the cup lid. Be wary paying with card. If they claim it’s not working, wait and see if the charge comes up on your bank account. I was here last night with my sister and they claimed her card was getting declined. There was no reason for it to be getting declined, they claimed their machine has been messing up. Alright, I give them my card. Everything runs through we leave. Come to find out we get home and check her account, they’ve charged her card 7 times. That’s $172.41 pending on her card at the moment. Called the location and they said nothing to be done, have to call corporate. Called corporate, they directed me to another number. That number did not pick up, I had to leave a message. Her bank can’t do anything until we try everything possible with merchant. A dispute with the bank would take 2-4 weeks I’ve been accidentally charged for the wrong order at a restaurant before and they were able to immediately revoke the transaction. Not sure why that’s not possible here. Will fix the review if this gets resolved.
