Pinsent Hotel - Wangaratta

I am giving this restaurant 5 stars because we had a great experience during our visit. We dined early on a Saturday night and found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed and the senior's meal offered good value. The dishes looked appetizing as they were brought out to the tables. Although I couldn't finish my meal, I still enjoyed what I ordered. The price was reasonable for the two meals and beer we had. I would definitely consider returning to this restaurant in the future.

The menu at this restaurant is excellent with great service and delicious food. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, including families. It is a cozy bistro where the staff takes care of everything for you.

Consistently awesome and delicious food. The parmy is served beside the chips, not on top, and the chicken risotto is beautifully made without being too rich. I appreciate that there are "real food" options for kids on the menu.

The waitress tried so hard to do everything. waitress, seat, serve and take the money. only a poor waitress who was almost in trench. Bar employees do their work behind the bar and would not serve people (most likely as they were told)....whethervily not enough personal and yes we were friendly. we would have spent a lot more money if we could hire a drink, but back in our camper. Perhaps the management bar staff can allow to wait for people to help the waitress. the food was great. this is just a kovid cache.. no one allowed to approach the bar, table service for everything. strange...

With a large family group visited while eating was good, was very unpleasant by the waitress, which was much pressure on ordering drinks and meal very fast to feel. we hadn't even been sitting at the table and she wanted us to order drinks. then we were quickly expected to order our meals. it became very impatient if people don't order fast enough. she also gave a very inappropriate comment. it was far from a relaxed eating atmosphere.
