Bidrage med feedbackThe staff were very polite.The floors were all sticky.The seat at the booth we sat in was so low that I felt like I needed a booster seat.The self serve station for the various sauces only had the horsey sauce pump, and the stuff that came out of it looked a little brown.Finally, my wife ordered a Reuben sandwich and the sauerkraut was so sweet it was dripping from her sandwich and the bread got soggy.
Took 10 mins in the drive thru to get our order taken and 20 mins to receive our order just for it to be the wrong order and terrible customer service
Quick, maybe not so friendly tho. She took our order n didn't give us the fries then questions why I would get fries. Because I ordered meals and the last unchecked they came with curly fries.Parking: It's a restaurant. There's plenty of parking. So I went through the drive thru. Placed my order. Got to the window and paid for my order. Then, I was quickly asked to pull forward and they would get my order to me. So I complied and pulled forward. There was no other car in the drive thru so a bit confused as to why they would even ask me to move. I did happen to notice that I was near their back door of the restaurant. You know the one they use to take the trash out. So a few minutes later the girl opens the back door. Props it open with what appeared to be a filthy 5 gallon jug of cleaner. Then walks over to my car and hands me my order to me with the same filthy hand. Noticing upon opening my bag that the fries were not even hot. Sooo... what was I waiting on? Quickly returned my food for my money back. Definitely would not suggest eating at this location. Maybe they should wash their dirty hands.
FOR MADELYNN AT ARBYS.. Okay usually I don’t do reviews but this one in particular really rubbed me the wrong way!! Sunday March 10th 2024 12:30PM I went to grab a snack from Arby’s, I get to the speaker and after 5 minutes of sitting there waiting at the speaker finally I had someone ready to take my order, the women at the speaker was very rude and was irritated she couldn’t hear me unfortunately I am sick and currently have a bad case of sore throat, ANYWAYS!! She gets mad cause she couldn’t hear me and finally I get to pull around to pay for my order, I forgot my card at home so I needed to do two forms of payment, Apple Pay cash. She got super mad I even asked to do that?? she ran away super mad and sat at the corner staring at me giving dirty looks. Finally I got this women’s name and definitely have already talked to corporate about her nasty NASTY!!! Attitude. Thanks Madelynn for the very unpleasant experience!! You need to work on your customer service and if you hate your job so much go get a different one!! Definitely not cute to act that way to customers.
