We were caught in the rain when we stumbled upon a delightful aroma in the air that led us to stop and have lunch. We were so glad we did, as the food was absolutely amazing - the best fish and chips we've had since our vacation. It was a wonderful surprise! The fish was cooked to perfection, with a delicate and succulent texture that I still think about as I write this review. The restaurant was incredibly clean, and the owners were so friendly and welcoming. I would have given them a Michelin star if I could! When we return to England, we will definitely make sure to visit this place again. We went back for a second time, and the food, service, and hospitality were just as excellent. It was clear that they treat all their customers with the same level of care, which is why I believe they will continue to thrive. I drove from North to East London and passed 20 fish and chip shops to get to my favorite one. My brother-in-law and his wife came from Bournemouth last night, so we decided to dine here. The fish and prawns were fresh and cooked in a light, non-greasy batter. Our guests mentioned that it was the best fish and chips they have ever had. As someone of Cypriot descent and a food enthusiast, I can say that it was truly impressive. Thank you, Young, for maintaining such high standards!

Wilson's is an excellent fish and chip shop that serves only quality, fresh, and beautifully cooked food. I was very impressed by the lack of excess grease in the dishes. I will definitely be going back to Wilson's for future meals. Highly recommend for a great dining experience!
