Do not let them be fooled by the slightly strange appearance when they can look past the front of the restaurant, this place offers excellent South Indian and Sri-lank food to great praises. our friends often go and it's always a laugh. highlights. are the masala dosa, the mutton curry and the thalis. an undamaged jewel in walthamstow.
I had just cleaned curry very tasty. then I don't make eva do that. must come back as a family-friendly restaurant. many local mums come with proms and babys clearly in the eating and ambiente. I managed to write a lot about me. such a happy girl. kumasi friendly and patiently served and welcomed large groups and small. I'm looking forward to being back for dosa.
In the last few years this has become one of my regular dining places after work, if I have to be in walthamstow after work. When I first moved to north london, I was very glad to find a restaurant serving authentic masala dosas. it is fair to say that some of the best doses I had outside of South India have been here. at several locations I have taken visitors who are more used to their standard tariff from a balti or curry house. they always loved eating and wanted to come back for more. if they want poppadoms and dips, they need to ask for them, as the waiting staff does not automatically assume they want them. visitors who grew up in tamil nadu were jealous that I had such a large South Indian restaurant near me. at my last visit this week I had the hunch kothu roti. the portion size was very generous and tasteful. the personal is trying to give them the right level of spice they desire. I would let the disteler masala dosa, the biryani (although they are vegetarian, let them know if they are a biryani as in past I have ahuh in my ei biryani,) the vegetarian thali and the dhal curry. while I eat there in the week, I can order two courses and eat them in an hour because it comes immediately. if it looks like I'm not in a hurry, the service slows down on a quieter pace, so I can either chat or do paperwork. when they are at the end in a hurry, they will not be brought out when they simply go to pay. according to my opinion, eating is a good value for money!
Mmmmmmm have been to this restaurant several times since a trip to Sri Lanka in April 2018, the food is always authentic and of top quality, if you are looking for something different and tasty this is the place. Staff are friendly and helpful and...even their takeaway service runs on time. Num, num, num.......tasty :0
