Wendy's - Waltham

If you're looking for a quick fast food option, Wendy's is a reliable choice. The fries are delicious, and the Frostys are a delightful treat. Just a heads up, they do not provide napkins so bring your own. The service is efficient, but keep in mind they do not accept Apple Pay on their app.

The experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The cashier was difficult to understand, there was a young girl standing on a chair cleaning a light right next to our table, and unfortunately, two of us had digestive issues afterwards. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

We should have known the dining experience would be bad when the server seemed completely disengaged while taking our order. I requested pickles on my burger but didn't receive them. The fish sandwiches we ordered were sitting out for hours and were not hot and crispy as advertised. The fish was inedible. To top it off, we didn't even receive a receipt and paid with cash, so we can't even request a refund. Overall, a terrible experience and we definitely won't be returning.

I've never had worse service in my life. I have eaten my quickly in any case, but whoever commands on the thru last night was the rude fellow worker I have ever seen. I tried to order a 10-piece-nug, and a 6-piece was raised. When I asked if the 10 pieces were high, I got a job and I got another six pieces. the burger I also ordered was covered in fat. When I came into the window, no one spoke to me, I was given my food and sent away. only a poor service. go somewhere else.

That must be the slowest wendys of the world. it took over 10 minutes to drive through. win them a few more chances after they see if they would be better. the following visit, I ordered a southwest avocado chicken salat and they somehow forgot, cheese and add the guave. last job they somehow forgot to give me my sauces and ketchup for my fries and nuggets.
