Smoothie King - Walterhill

Horrible service. Visited 10/22/22 for the first time around 1:30. Only customers in the store at the time and there was no greeting. We walked to the register and the lady working stared at us until we gave our order and she gave our total (which was the only words she spoke), we said thank you and tipped. She gave no response. Service is a huge part of keeping a business running and this is unacceptable service. Thankfully this is not the location I normally go to.

Kid with blonde hair took care of me. Asked me if I had any questions, wasn’t rude, and even got the smoothie to the consistency that I prefer. Banana had a little browning when I saw it so wish that was more fresh but a little brown won’t kill you.

Walked into this location with lights on but no staff present. I waited as well as called out for someone but no response. After calling another location to inquire on what was going on, someone finally walked out. As she heard me telling my caller that someone had come out, she commented, “I know you didn't call on me!” Rather than start a confrontation, I said nothing, placed my order and left. I will not be back!
