Ihop - Walterhill

This place I'd in horrible condition. The air conditioner was leaking from the ceiling in several spots. We got wet from it dripping on to tables beside us. There is black mold on all the vents blowing out into the restaurant and back mold on the ceilings. The owner needs to close this place for them to fix the issues and get rid of the black mold. The waitress was great but they don't have enough help, we got there at 10:30 am got seated but took forever to get our food, we left at 12:30pm. The … – show

Always get a seat quickly. Food is good, as ordered and comes.out in a reasonable amount of time.

Haven't ever had an issue here. Food comes out fresh and hot, quickly and as ordered!

The food was very very good. The service could have been a little better....had to wait awhile after being seated to see a server.

I am really tired of giving this place my money and not getting half my order. I.e. got the salad dressing but mot the salad. Breakfast bowl order was not what I received. Roasted turkey entree looks like the meat has been chewed up and spit out, no gravy or cranberry sauce. This order had to be delivered because I am recovering from surgery and can't drive. I have repeated call the manager but I just get A busy signal.
