The food was good and served quickly. The main issue was with the games, as they either were not working properly or not awarding points and tickets correctly. Our server was very friendly as well.

We waited for 20 minutes before we had to seek out someone to take our drink and pizza orders. We placed our orders all together, but after 1 hour, we still hadn't received our pizzas (we ordered 2 for 4 people). We had to go find someone, and they brought out our pizzas 10 minutes apart and both were cold. We then had to search for the waitress to bring us our check. The waitress was apologetic and kind, but didn't check on us at all during our meal. They could use more servers. However, the entertainment was fantastic!

I had a fantastic time with my friends singing karaoke at this restaurant. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Our server was amazing! Very attentive and kept our drinks full! The food was just not it. The Philly tasted as if it was cooked four times before making it to the table. Sidewinders were the star of our meals. Side Note: We were checking out the place for my nephew’s birthday (we heard about the Arcade) but around half of the arcade machines do not work. It has the potential to be a great place because there really isn’t a place like it around the area.
