The Food City in Erwin is always very clean, very well stocked, and the employees are friendly.

The front end managers were rude and very unprofessional

We shop at Food City in Erwin at least twice a week. The produce and meat departments are my most frequently visited areas. Produce selections are huge and always fresh. I could spend all day in the meat/seafood section. I like to have my steaks cut the way I want them and the butchers never disappoint.

I enjoy shopping here because of the customer service you get. Always friendly and helpful.
