Clanton's Bbq - Walterhill

Best BBQ I've had since I lived in Texas. Sometimes these little shacks have the best food. You pull up, and their smoker is just out front doing its thing. Great lunch place, especially if you work in Asbury. The pulled pork is delicious.

Great BBQ and done right. I don't go to any chain restaurants (including local) for bbq sandwiches anymore because it is really such a big letdown once you taste Clantons. Absolutely no way to adequately compare Clantons to anyone else. It would be an easy win for Clantons. The large pulled pork sandwich is the best lunch food value in and around Knoxville, and is larger than what is sold elsewhere for more money. I just had the sampler platter. Everything was good. The ribs however, are outstanding. I highly recommend the ribs. Great job Clantons

Best BBQ at a reasonable price I've ever ate I live i Maryville but am doing Construction in Knox and got the guys on my crew eating there now good stuff
